Using a private virtual assistant offers complete confidentiality. As we correspond directly with you on a one on one basis. Files are kept on the computer in password protected folders. Back-up is done by an encrypted online service. Also, there are no water cooler gossip sessions to worry about.

We can communicate in any form that you request. Via email, phone, or instant messaging are all options. We also subscribe to a private Ventrilo account for communication in real-time via computer headsets. No long distance charges or minutes used. Completely free to you. Does require a program download.
Work Delivery
This is done in the form you request, within reason. Via email, snail mail, or fed ex/ups are all options.
Programs
We have the availability of MS Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point. If you have other program needs, we can discuss the options. Such as our purchasing and having you reimburse us or you purchasing and giving us rights to it. If you have proprietary software/database, and your IT people have the ability to connect us to it, we would be glad to sign an agreement for its use for your business.

We log in and out of your projects, so that you are guaranteed you are only paying for the time spent on your business/projects.
