Terms and Conditions

Please note that you agree to our T & C's on placing of each and every order.

Information you provide

You are solely responsible for any information or documents you supply.  You are responsible for ensuring that everything supplied by you is accurate, true, up-to-date and not in any way misleading.  Information must be non-discriminative, not obscene, or in breach of any copyright, trademark, or other property rights.  It is your responsibility to ensure that content and data is virus free prior to submission.  We reserve the right to discard or remove any content which we feel is inappropriate at our discretion and without question for any reason.

Liability
Abequa Business Services will not be held accountable or liable for any losses encountered by the client.  You agree to indemnify Abequa Business Services and our Independent Contractors against all costs, expenses, claims, losses, liabilities, or proceedings arising from the use or misuse of this site or our services by you or your representatives.

Abequa Business Services does not accept any liability for any loss (whether direct or indirect, for loss of business, revenue, or profits, wasted expenditure, loss of good faith, failure to secure a contract or interview, and the like) arising from the use of the site or our services and we prohibit any such liability, whether in contract or tort (to include negligence) or otherwise. 

Abequa Business Services will not accept any liability for any errors or omissions in work that has not been checked and notified to us by the client within seven (7) days of submission.


Payment
Clients will be presented with an invoice according to the signed Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA).  Payment is expected within 14 days.  Failure to remit within 14 days will result in a late fee, of $20.00 per month, beginning the 15th day.

A minimum charge applies to hourly clients with a minimum charge of one (1) hour.  After the first hour is complete, hourly clients will be charged to the nearest 15 minute increment.

Abequa Business Services aims to complete orders within the time-frame agreed upon in the ICA (subject to your provision of all relevant information, supplies, pre-payment, and any other items needed). Additional fees may be chargeable for an express service as agreed by us and you, or where weekend or evening working is required.

All prices quoted and purchased are valid for a period of 30 days only.

We reserve the right to alter or change our rates or withdraw specials without prior notice.

Payment of funds up-front is required prior to making any booking, reservation, gift shopping, or any other service which requires payment to a third party on your behalf.  This is non-negotiable.

Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced on the project contracted and the contract will be charged in full.  Should the client wish to cancel the project prior to the commencement of work, this must be sent in writing and we reserve the right to invoice up to 25% of the contract cost.

Retention of Title (Ownership)
Abequa Business Services shall retain ownership of all goods and services supplied, and document content provided, until such time as payment is received in full.


Your order
Where a consultation/quote is requested, our contractor will make contact with you as soon as possible.  Consultations/quotes can be via email or telephone followed by an email.  We reserve the right to charge for calls made to mobile or premium rate numbers.

It is your responsibility to ensure all specification details, questions asked, and information requested is accurate, true, up-to-date, not in any way misleading and is provided in a timely manner.

Should we be unable to fulfill your order or complete it within the timescales, we will notify you immediately with an explanation and you may be entitled to a full or partial refund.  Other charges may still apply should you wish to proceed.  In such cases the original ICA will be amended.


Complaints
On the rare occasion you have a complaint, please contact us using our email address. Where complaints are received, we will log them accordingly, and a response provided as soon as possible.

Where a complaint is more complex and requires further investigation, the client will be contacted as soon as possible with an explanation and an indication of how soon a full response can be anticipated.  Where it is not possible to resolve a complaint, the client will be given a clear explanation in writing.


Interruptions and omissions in service
We endeavor to ensure that this website remains of a high standard and aim to maintain its continuity.  However, the internet is not a stable medium and errors, omissions, and interruptions to service and delays may occur at any time, without warning.  We do not accept any liability in respect of this or any other occurrence.

Information on the site
Whilst we make every effort to ensure the information and content on this site is accurate and complete, some information may be provided by third parties and as such, we are not able to check the accuracy or completeness of that information or site content.  Abequa Business Services does not accept any liabilities arising from any errors or inaccuracies and content errors or omissions in any of the information on this site which is provided for you. 

There may be links to other sites from our own, which may be of interest to you. However, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the content as the owners of these sites do not have any commercial connection.  Using links to gain access to such sites is done so entirely at your own risk.


Use of the site
You may use this site to gain information for the purposes of using our services.  You must not, under any circumstances, seek to undermine the security of the site or, without limitation, seek to access, alter, delete, crash, delay, spam, or otherwise compromise the site or the information contained therein.


Disclaimer
All advice offered by the site, Abequa Business Services, and our contractors is given in good faith and ‘as is’.  Abequa Business Services will not be held accountable or liable for any losses or damage encountered by the client as a result of taking our advice.

The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Abequa Business Services is committed to protecting your identity and any details or information provided by you to best of our ability.
 


Whilst we cannot completely guarantee your information against loss, misuse, misdemeanor, alteration, or other outcome, we make every effort to ensure your information is kept as safe as possible.  We agree to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.  In addition, we strive to comply with all HIPAA regulations in regards to any health information you supply. 

By submitting your information, you consent to allowing Abequa Business Services and its contractors to utilize this information to provide your services, and prepare your documents. 

Abequa Business Services does not pass on or sell your information to any other parties. 

Internet and Email
The website may contain links to other websites.  Abequa Business Services cannot be held responsible for the privacy policies of these sites.
 

Data transmitted via email and Internet is considered inherently insecure, as such, Abequa Business Services or its contractors, cannot guarantee the security of any data or information sent via these means. 

We have taken precautions to minimize the risk of transmitting software viruses but nevertheless advise you to carry out your own virus checks on any attachments or email messages.  We accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by software viruses.
